Return Policy

Standard Return Policy

You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.* You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 30 days of delivery (see Product-Specific Return Policies for exceptions). We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

If you initiate a return after 30 days, we may issue a partial refund* depending on elapsed time and condition of merchandise.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error

You may return defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received without penalty.** Your return shipping charges will be waived.

When we receive your return, we inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.

Products Returned After 30 days

  • Because products devalue over time, we offer partial refunds for items returned over 30 days after delivery
  • We may reduce the refund based on the condition of the merchandise
  • We may also deduct the original and return shipping charges from your refund
  • If we send you a replacement item, we must receive the original item at our warehouse within 30 days your return initiation. Otherwise, we will charge you full price for the replacement item

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and we offer no refunds:

  • Body Jewelry (i.e. jewelry for body piercings)
  • Gift Cards
  • “As Is” and “Final Sale” items
  • Case Packs/Bulk Items: We will not accept partial case packs. You must return the product in the original shipping pack, with all individual items unopened.
  • Articles opened or taken out of their plastic wrap
  • Articles that has been worn, used, or has tags/liners removed
  • Specially labeled designer apparel, handbags and accessories once security tags are removed
  • Other select items, as noted on the product description page

 

If you have a non-returnable item that arrived damaged or defective please contact Customer Care.

Refund Policy

We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If your return is a result of Ranafashions.in error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.

If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund minus the original shipping charges and return shipping fees. Products decrease in value over time. Therefore, a reduced refund will be issued for returns initiated over 15 days after delivery or received at our returns processing facility after 30 days*.

You can expect your refund within four weeks from the date you return your package. In most cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). All refunds are issued to the original method of payment unless you selected to return for in-store credit. Once your return is processed we will send you an email with your refund details.

Sarees and Dress Material(Salwar Suits, Kurtis and Unstitched Dress Material and Lehenga) follow our Standard Return Policy. Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, to qualify for a full refund. We will issue a partial refund if the item is open, used, or returned late*. We may also subtract the original shipping charge and return shipping fees, unless the return is due to RanaFashions error.

Lehengas

Upon delivery, please inspect your new mattress, foundation, or mattress set before signing the shipping receipt. You will only qualify for a full refund for damaged or defective mattresses, mattress sets, or foundations if you refuse the item(s) at the time of delivery.

Jewelry, Watches and Accessories

We accept returns on jewelry and watches within our Standard 30-day Return Policy. We will only accept items in new, unworn, and non-altered (including sizing) condition. We thoroughly inspect all jewelry and watch items before your refund is issued. Please see our Jewelry and Watch Returns Condition Policy chart below for more details.

If your item was damaged during shipping or you suspect possible tampering, contact us immediately. Do not discard the box and/or packaging. The carrier will inspect the box and/or packaging to determine liability.

  • Jewelry and watches with a value of Rs.1000 or more should be sent separately, with only one item per package.
  • Use a trackable shipping method. We will request a tracking number for each item.
  • Insure items valued at Rs. 5000 or more for their full value.
  • For security purposes, do not write on the outside of the package or directly on watch boxes.

  • Pristine showcase condition. New, unworn, and needs no refurbishing.
  • Arrives in new, undamaged, original box or case.
  • Complete with all original parts, links, and accessories.
  • Complete with all original certificates, manuals, appraisals, and tags.
  • No evidence of sizing, service, alteration, wear, or blemishes of any kind.
  • Any attached Company tags are unbroken.

Good: (40% to 80% Refund)

  • Falls within Ranafashions’s Jewelry & Watch 30-day Return Policy.
  • Restorable to “like-new” condition.
  • Arrives in new, undamaged, original box or case.
  • Complete with all original parts, links, and accessories.
  • Complete with all original certificates, manuals, appraisals, and tags.
  • Sizing, service, alteration, wear, or blemish of any kind that is not refurbishable.
  • Any attached Company tags are unbroken.

Fair: (0% to 40% Refund)

  • Falls within or outside Ranafashions’s Jewelry & Watch 30-day Return Policy.
  • Non-refurbishable cosmetic defects (e.g. scratched or scuffed gold plating/special finishes and scratched/ripped leather or rubber bands).
  • Missing or damaged original box.
  • Missing any parts, links, or accessories (subject to evaluation).
  • Missing original certificates, manuals, appraisals, and tags.
  • Significant wear or damaged (but repairable) watch movement.

Poor: (NO Refund)

  • Falls outside Ranafashions’s Jewelry & Watch 30-day Return Policy.
  • Items do not match the original serial number or SKU number.
  • Non-repairable mechanical damage or significant cosmetic damage.
  • Wear, blemishes, or cosmetic damage.
  • Damaged watch movement due to inappropriate wear or use.
  • Missing original box or case.
  • Missing significant parts, links, or accessories.
  • Missing original certificates, manuals, appraisals, and tags.

Oversized-Item Return Policy Overview

 

As indicated in our Standard Return Policy, you may also initiate a return for most new and unopened oversized items within 30 days of delivery and receive a full refund when returned in new and unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment.

You are responsible to pay the return shipping fee when you return an oversized item for any of the following reasons:

  • You refuse a delivery without inspection
  • You miss a delivery appointment
  • You return a non-defective or undamaged product

All returned oversized items are fully inspected upon their arrival back at our warehouse.

We will give only a partial refund of the purchase price if the returned item is not in its new, original and unopened condition. The amount of the partial refund depends on the condition of the item as determined by our sole discretion.

Additionally, we reserve the right to deduct the actual return shipping fee, which generally ranges from $100 to $695 or more (depending on size and weight), if the item is not in its original condition upon arrival back at our warehouse.

*By purchasing an oversized product, you authorize Overstock.com and/or its Carriers to assess additional fees to your credit card as necessary according to the fee schedule described here. We may deduct original and return shipping costs from your refund or otherwise charge them to your credit card after we receive the return product back at our warehouse.

 

Damaged and Defective Returns

 

If the return is a result of damage or defect, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

In the event that any of these occur, all details of the damage or defect need to be clearly noted on all copies of the BOL and Delivery Receipt upon your inspection during your delivery in order for us to assist you with a return or replacement. In addition, we must to be notified within 5 business days.

By signing for your delivery without noting the problem with your shipment on the delivery paperwork, you affirm your item was delivered to you with no damage or defect.

If your shipment is severely damaged, please refuse the shipment, note the BOL “refused due to damage” and contact Customer Care immediately.

If you do not have time for an inspection or the driver rushes you, YOU MUST WRITE "subject to inspection" next to your signature on the Delivery Receipt and BOL.

 

Damage or Defects found after Delivery and Inspection


If you inspect the shipment and there is not any noticeable damage, but you find concealed damage or defects after the carrier leaves:

  • DO NOTdiscard any of the shipping boxes or packing materials, including the pallet the item may have been delivered with.
  • DO NOTdiscard the product itself because it may be necessary for the carrier to inspect the item and report on the damage.
  • DO NOT ship the item back to Overstock.com without first being instructed to do so. Failure to comply may result in denial of a damaged item claim per the shipping carrier’s claims guidelines.
  • Immediately contact Overstock.com to report the situation. Include helpful details, such as package condition, how it was received (left at front door/signed for), and description of the damage. If possible, please take several pictures showing the affected area(s). We will work to resolve the issue and, in our sole discretion, we may:
    • Arrange a repair or replacement if an item fall under a manufacturer’s warranty;
    • Arrange for and pay the cost for repair of an item that does not fall under a manufacturer’s warranty;
    • Issue a replacement; or
    • Authorize a return
